Tash - Gather the following on each Case Study
Each client example should show the following. Also, Use the Analytics Doc as a reference, plus before and after for all our clients LinkedIn profile data, impressions, followers and inbound leads in their inbox.
- The leader’s starting position (for each metric - gather this then we'll work together to design how the case studies are displayed on the page. And I'll teach you how to set up the collection list with a template for each client, by demo'ing one).
- The authority gap our clients faced. We need a tangible "before = invisible, after = influential transformation for every client, and we need to make that clear on the case study pages.
- How the system was applied - Not too heavy on detail here, we want to keep this deliberately high-level so as to not give our entire processes away.
- And the tangible shifts that followed: The results: After our process, how did each client improve? What changed in their lives as a result of our intervention?
This includes:
- Reputation growth
- Market recognition
- Opportunity creation
- And internal confidence as a leader
